Independent galenic application technology for the cosmetics industry has been our task for 50 years. Within the scope of galenics, we develop new, individually tailored formulations for any kind of cosmetics for skin care and hair care – especially also sun protection products as well as natural cosmetics.
Our services include consultation for ingredients and formulations, scale-up of formulations in pilot plants and even safety assessments. Additionally, research projects are carried out in Institut Dr. Schrader Beratungslabor on problems that go beyond day-to-day development work.
Another area of activity of “Application Technology Galenics” involves the internal provision of standardized test references for efficacy and compatibility tests in the skin and hair care sector. Depending on customer-specific questions, these references can be adapted to the product form and the intended advertising message. As a further service, Institut Dr. Schrader offers the refilling including blinding and labeling of cosmetic test samples for consumer tests.

Natural cosmetic product lines are created according to the latest guidelines – also in conformance with natural cosmetic quality labels if so desired.
