In the Bio-Statistics department of the Dr. Schrader Institutes, this study information is processed centrally.<\/p>\n<p>In order to ensure a well-founded evaluation, a statistical model is developed according to the study type, which includes aspects such as case number planning, hypothesis definition and randomization. Furthermore, a definition of the adequate statistical analyses already takes place in this phase.<\/p>\n<p>The creation of electronic input masks and databases as well as plausibility checks enable a high validity of the collected data.
